Resumen

Dr. Richard D. Mattes has a Master of Public Health of Michigan University, a Ph. D in Nutrition, Cornell University;  and is a  R.D in USA. Currently he is Associate Distinguished Professor in Nutrition Science at the Nutrition Department of Purdue University. He has won several awards such as Babcock-Hart Award, 2013; Hall of Fame from Purdue University, Department of Foods and Nutrition, 2011, Elaine R. Monsen Award for Outstanding Research Literature from American Dietetic Association, 2008.
